LegionStats Terms of Service

About These Terms
LegionStats is operated by George Clark. These terms describe the conditions for using our account, character-planning and guild-management services. Questions and support requests can be sent to [email protected]. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
Accounts and Access
Use an account you are authorized to control and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Provide accurate account information and complete the verification required for your sign-in method. Do not impersonate another person, share another person's credentials, or attempt to bypass membership, role, payment or access checks. Report suspected unauthorized account use promptly.
Guild Management
Guild access depends on the applicable membership and permissions. Guild administrators are responsible for the invitations and permissions they manage. A guild role does not grant site-wide administrator access. The site operator may review guild records and correct settings or leadership for support, security or recovery purposes. Recovery requests may require evidence and account-ownership verification; submitting a request does not guarantee a transfer.
Your Content
You retain your rights in content you provide. You give LegionStats permission to store, process and display that content as needed to provide the features and sharing you use. Submit only content you have permission to use. Do not upload confidential credentials, unlawful content, or private personal information about other people without authorization. Guild records may be visible to authorized guild members and administrators as described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable Use
Do not exploit security weaknesses, access records without permission, harass others, distribute malicious code, overload the service, or evade rate limits. Automated access must respect access controls and any limits we communicate. Report security issues privately through the support contact rather than obtaining or publishing other users' data.
Game and Discord Features
LegionStats is an independent service and is not endorsed by game publishers or Discord. Third-party names, artwork and other materials belong to their respective owners. Connected services have their own terms. Imported game records may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and calculators are planning tools rather than guarantees of in-game results. Third-party service changes may affect feature availability.
Free and Paid Features
Some features require a paid guild entitlement or an eligibility-based free allowance. Checkout is not currently available, and these terms do not authorize a charge. Before paid checkout is enabled, the offer must state the price, billing period, any renewal terms, cancellation method and applicable refund conditions before you agree to pay. Free allowances can change prospectively; a change alone does not authorize billing.
Availability and Security
We work to maintain the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect data accuracy or complete protection against every security incident. Keep your own copies of important information where possible. We may limit or suspend access to address abuse, security risks or violations of these terms. Contact support if you believe a restriction was applied in error.
Legal Rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. These terms do not require arbitration or waive your right to bring a claim where that right is available under applicable law.
Changes and Contact
We will post updated terms with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the service, and additional agreement will be requested where required. For account closure, privacy requests or questions about these terms, contact [email protected].
